Jon Kabat Zinn describes Mindfulness Meditation as paying attention, moment by moment, on purpose, without judgement. Join us to learn the simple, but not always easy, practice that has the power to bring steadfastness and clarity to all aspects of your life. By establishing a consistent practice, you may find yourself more awake and more present to your own life. We will learn how to sit, choose an object of meditation, and work with the thoughts that arise.
This Yoga Workshop will be held virtually. A link with instructions to participate will be emailed before class begins.
Members: $20
Non-Members: $30
