Join us to discover the benefits of a gentle seated practice. Chair yoga can improve your strength and flexibility, while reducing joint strain and stress. Explore how the modified poses transfer from floor to chair and can be taken anywhere! Chair yoga is great for people with limited mobility or if you need a break from seated office work.
This will be a virtual workshop. Participants will need to have a straight back chair available at home to use – a simple folding chair with no arms is ideal.
Members: $20; Non-Members: $30
